Non-clogging pump is used for transfer the liquid which contains big particles (30-80mm) without any impact impact or damage to the particles.
1. Application of the non clogging pump: Pharmaceutical, biological engineering, chemical sewage, wine, starch, paper& pulp, food industry.
2. Feature:
A. Without strict tolerance matching: The non clogging pump is not centrifugal pump, gear pump, or vane pump, with it's unique structure, it is the optimal combination of performance of traditional pump and pump technology for several working condition.
B. No radial load: Make full use of natural force of boundary flow layer and viscous driving.
C. No impact: It can create a natural and protective buffer area that can separate the pump cavity from the fluid
D. No pulse: Through viscous pulling, the fluid will smoothly pass through the non clogging pump cavity without the occurrence of impact.
